Installation position of cylinder magnetic switch magnetic switch
The magnetic switch can be installed at the end of the stroke or at any position in the middle of the stroke.
When the switch is to be installed at the end of the stroke, in order to ensure that the switch is installed at the highest sensitivity position, for different cylinders, the off-side end cap and no end cap have been marked on the sample. Distance A and B between rod side end caps.
Precautions for using cylinder magnetic switch
1) For safety reasons, the distance between the two magnetic switches should be 3mm larger than the maximum hysteresis distance.
2) Magnetic switches must not be installed next to equipment with strong magnetic fields (such as welding equipment, etc.).
3) When two upper cylinder magnetic switches are used in parallel, in order to prevent the mutual interference of the movement of magnetic bodies and affect the detection accuracy, the distance between the two cylinder tubes should generally be greater than 40mm.
4) The speed v of the piston when approaching the magnetic switch shall not be greater than the maximum speed vmax that the magnetic switch can detect. The relationship between the maximum speed vmax, the minimum operating range lmin of the magnetic switch, and the operating time tc of the magnetic switch locking load is: vmax=lmin/tc
For example, if the action time of the solenoid valve connected to the magnetic switch is t=0.02s, and the minimum action range of the magnetic switch is lmin=10mm, then the maximum speed that the magnetic switch can detect is vmax=500mm. /s. Ifcylinder< /span>The speed of the piston is less than 500mm/s, then this magnetic switch can be used. If the piston movement speed is greater than 500mm/s and there is no suitable universal magnetic switch available, you can only use a magnetic switch with a delay function.
5) The tightening torque of the screws must be appropriate when installing the switch. Excessive torque will damage the switch, and too small torque may cause the optimal installation position of the switch to deviate.
6) Regularly check whether the installation position of the magnetic switch is offset. When the piston stops at the set position, for the two-color switch, if the green light turns on, it means it is correct, and if the red light turns on, it means it is offset.
