3. Vacuum filters should be transported and stored according to the direction marked by the manufacturer. They should be handled with care during transportation to prevent severe vibration and collision;
4. 5. The frame for installing the vacuum filter should be flat. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each filter is no more than 1mm;
6. When sealing between the filter and the frame using gaskets, stickers, negative pressure seals, liquid tank seals and double-ring seals, the packing surface must be , wipe the filter frame surface, frame surface and liquid tank clean;
7. When installing the vacuum filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be consistent with the direction of air flow. When it is installed vertically, the creases of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
How vacuum filters work
First of all, we need to divide the container into upper and lower chambers with filter media, which is to form a simple filter. The suspension is added to the upper chamber, and then filtered through the filter under the action of this pressure. The medium enters the lower chamber and becomes filtrate, while the solid particles are left on the surface of the filter medium to form filter residue. Of course, during this filtration process, the filter residue layer on the surface of the filter medium slowly becomes thicker, and the resistance for the liquid to pass through the filter layer slowly increases, and the filtration speed decreases accordingly. When the filter chamber is full of filter residue or the filtration speed is very low, filtration will stop, and then the filter residue will be removed to regenerate the filter medium. In this way, the one-time filtration cycle process will be successfully completed.
