How to repair air compressor cylinder leakage

1. If the screw on the solenoid valve is leaking, then there is a problem with the one-way valve (solution: remove the one-way valve, which is the largest copper screw , there is a spring + silicone pad inside, lengthen the spring, tighten the screw, and it's done - don't install the silicone pad backwards);

2. If the largest copper screw on the one-way valve is leaking, it means that the washer on the screw is aging, or the one-way valve screw is damaged (solution: the largest copper screw Wrap some raw material tape around it and tighten it again. If there is still air leakage, it is recommended to replace the one-way valve);

3. If the screw connecting the air intake pipe is leaking, the screw is loose (solution: wrap some raw tape around the screw and tighten it again).

 How to repair the air leakage in the air compressor cylinder, and what causes the air compressor cylinder to heat up

What causes the air compressor cylinder to heat up

1. Too much sediment (too dirty) in the water jacket of the air compressor adheres to the cylinder wall, affecting cooling, causing the cooling pipe to become clogged;

2. The deflection of the piston assembly increases friction and heat in the cylinder or Dry friction caused by lack of oil in the cylinder;

3. Insufficient cooling water or interruption of cooling water in the water jacket and cylinder head;

4. The suction temperature is too high;

5. The cylinder clearance volume is too small, causing the compression ratio at the top and bottom dead centers to be too large or the cylinder clearance to be too high. There will be too much high-pressure gas remaining in the cylinder, causing cylinder damage. Internal temperature rises;

6. The secondary cylinder is overheated. It may be that the intercooler is short of water, the compressed air discharged by the primary cylinder cannot be cooled, or the intercooler is not cooled well;< /span>

7. The piston rod in the motion mechanism bends, causing the piston to move The non-verticality in the cylinder exceeds the specification, causing the piston and the cylinder surface to tilt, resulting in increased friction and high temperature.

Troubleshooting:

1. Air compressor cleans the cylinder, cylinder liner and cooler;

2. Check the lubrication system and adjust the oil supply appropriately;

3. Reduce the suction temperature;

4. When the supply of cooling water is insufficient (the water temperature is relatively high at this time), it can be appropriately increased;

5. Adjust the upper and lower dead center clearance of the cylinder to keep it within the specified standards;

6. After determining which gas valve should be replaced, the gas valve parts should be replaced;

7. Adjust the piston assembly to be concentric with the cylinder. If the piston rod is bent, repair or replace it.
