QGS cylinder selection method
1. Select the cylinder type from the action mode:
2. Selection of cylinder bore inner diameter size:
Calculation formula: cylinder thrust F0=0.25πD2 P
Cylinder pulling force F0=0.25π (D2-d2) P
In the formula: D-cylinder piston diameter (cm)
d-cylinder piston rod diameter (cm)
P-Cylinder working pressure (kgf/cm2)
F0-theoretical push-pull force of the cylinder (kgf)
Note: 1. The above output calculation is applicable to the cylinder speed range of 50~500mm/s;
2. The cylinder is installed vertically, and the upward thrust is about 50% of the theoretically calculated thrust.
3. When the cylinder is used horizontally and transversely, the actual output is basically equal to the theoretically calculated thrust considering the inertia factor.
4. Users can select the appropriate cylinder size from the theoretical output force table of the double-acting cylinder in our company's sample according to the load, working pressure, and direction of action.

6. Selection of induction switch: (If position signal output is required, you can choose a cylinder with a magnetic switch, determine the working voltage and current, and select an appropriate magnetic switch)
