How to connect the solenoid valve and the cylinder?
Question: I want to make a simple device that uses the expansion and contraction of the cylinder to cut materials. I only know how to use the air pipe to connect the cylinder to the electromagnetic valve, how to connect the solenoid valve? I took a look and found out that some solenoid valves have no wires. How should I energize them?
Connect the two wires on the solenoid valve directly to the 220V power supply? Doesn't it seem that there is a control switch? How can it be turned on and off without a switch?
Answer:
There are two commonly used types:
One is the form of (valve + coil) Yes, you can find 3 needles on this kind of valve. Use a wire package corresponding to these 3 needles, connect the wire package to the wire package, and then connect the wire package to these 3 needles.
< div>The other is (valve). This kind of valve has a thicker stem. Use a coil corresponding to the stem, insert the coil into the stem, and then fix it. OK. Some coils come with their own wires, and some come with their own wire packages. If they come with wire packages, the wire package is used in the same way as the first type of valve, and you need to distribute additional wires.< /div>
There is a coil on the solenoid valve that is mainly used for control. There are two wirings on the coil. The coil can be selected from 220V and other types.
The right nut of the coil is fixed on the electromagnetic valve.
