1. Before installation, you should carefully read the product instruction manual, check whether the product fully meets the usage requirements, familiarize yourself with the installation points, and make preparations.
2. Check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate are those of the selected product and whether they are consistent with the instruction manual.
3. Before taking over the pipe, fully flush the pipe with a pressure of 0.3Mpa to completely remove metal powder, residual sealing materials, rust, etc. in the pipe.
4. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If dirt and other impurities mixed in the medium hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter should be installed in the pipeline.
5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in a recessed part of the pipeline. If it is installed in the discharge pipe of the container, be careful not to lead it out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed slightly above the bottom of the container.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, then a multi-function solenoid valve should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
7. A trap should be installed on the inlet side of the solenoid valve for steam. The pipe here should be tilted. The trap should be installed at a low position. It is best to install a multi-pass backflush filter.
8. Solenoid valves are generally directional and cannot be installed backwards. Usually, an "arrow" is used on the valve body to point out the direction of medium flow. When installing, it must be installed in accordance with the direction indicated by the "arrow".
9. Generally, the solenoid coil components of solenoid valves should be upright and vertical to the pipeline. Some products have special regulations. Please install according to the instructions. .
10. When taking over the pipe, be careful not to use too much sealing material. For example, when connecting with threads, the thread of the nozzle should be kept within the effective length, and the half pitch of the end should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing tape should be wrapped starting from 2 teeth from the end, otherwise excessive sealing tape or adhesive will enter the electromagnetic inside the valve, causing an accident that prevents normal operation.
11. There should be a certain reserved space at the installation place of the solenoid valve to facilitate its daily maintenance and regular repair.
12. During installation, use a wrench or pipe wrench to fix the valve body, and then screw on the connecting pipe. Never apply force to the coil component to cause deformation, which will make it difficult for the solenoid valve to operate normally.
13. If the pipe rigidity is insufficient or there is water hammer, please firmly fix the front and rear pipes of the valve with brackets.
14. When used in freezing places, use insulation materials to protect the pipes or install heaters on the pipes.
15. Make sure there is no leakage in the solenoid valve itself and the connection between it and the pipe.
16. Check the connection of the coil lead wires, especially when there are three lead wires.
17. Electrical components connected to the solenoid valve, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contacts should not vibrate when the valve is opened, otherwise the operation will be unreliable and the life of the solenoid valve will be affected.
18. The electrical circuit must be connected to the corresponding insurance wire as a protection for the electrical circuit.
19. In order to facilitate maintenance and repair operations, or to not interrupt continuous production, it is recommended to use the bypass isolation installation method for general solenoid valves.
