How to correctly disassemble a rodless cylinder
When disassembling, loosen each screw slowly to prevent residual pressure in components or pipes. While disassembling, check the parts one by one to see if they are normal. Disassembly should be carried out in units of components.
Do not scratch the sliding parts (such as the inner surface of the cylinder barrel and the outer surface of the piston rod). Check carefully and pay attention to the wear, damage and deformation of the seals and gaskets everywhere.
Under some unfavorable conditions, cylinder wear will occur, so try to avoid it. What are the main measures to reduce cylinder wear?
1) Try to start the engine as little and slowly as possible. "Less" means starting should not be frequent, "slow" means running at a low speed after starting, and "warm" means starting after the engine temperature is normal.
2) Maintain normal engine operating temperature during operation. If the temperature is too low, corrosion and wear of the cylinder will occur. If the temperature is too high, the engine oil will become thinner, causing poor lubrication and prone to adhesive wear.
3) Clean and replace the air filter regularly.
4) Make sure the engine is well lubricated. Check the quantity and quality of the engine oil frequently and clean the oil filter in time.

5) Improve the quality of repairs.

What are the two main types of rodless cylinders?

Rodless cylinders are divided into magnetic couple rodless cylinders and mechanical contact rodless cylinders. A rodless cylinder refers to a cylinder that uses a piston to directly or indirectly connect to an externally executed machine, and allows it to follow the piston to achieve reciprocating motion. The biggest advantage of this type of cylinder is that it saves installation space.

1. Mechanical contact rodless cylinder
There is a groove in the axial direction of the cylinder tube, and the piston and slider move in the upper part of the groove. In order to prevent leakage and dustproof needs, stainless steel sealing belts (or rubber sealing belts) and dustproof stainless steel belts are used at the opening to be fixed on the cylinder heads at both ends. The piston frame passes through the groove to integrate the piston and the slider. The piston and the slider are connected together to drive the actuator fixed on the slider to achieve reciprocating motion.

2. Magnetic couple rodless cylinder
A set of high-strength permanent magnetic rings is installed on the piston. The magnetic lines of force pass through the thin-walled cylinder and interact with another set of magnetic rings inside the outer slider. Since the two sets of magnetic rings have opposite magnetic properties, they have strong mutual attraction. When the piston is pushed by air pressure in the cylinder, the piston moves. At the same time as the piston moves, the magnetic ring in the external slider is affected by the magnetic field lines of the magnetic ring on the piston and moves synchronously.
The thrust of the cylinder piston must adapt to the suction of the inner and outer magnetic rings. When the air pressure is too high or the load is too heavy, causing the piston thrust to be too large and the attraction between the magnetic rings cannot be maintained, the inner and outer magnetic rings will separate. If the rodless cylinder works abnormally, the technical term is called off-target.
