Causes and solutions of common cylinder problems

Author:RinckSource:https://www.diancifa.cc/Update time:2024-11-14 17:45:28 Read:
1. Air leakage (leakage)

1. Internal leakage: Leakage that occurs between the front chamber and the rear chamber inside the cylinder block is called internal leakage, also known as "gas leakage".

Reasons: 1. The piston sealing ring is leaking, damaged or scratched.

2. The inner wall of the cylinder barrel is worn, scratched and damaged.

3. The shaft sealing ring is damaged or poorly assembled.

4. The piston sealing ring is damaged, and the magnet seat and piston are scratched, damaged or defective before assembly.

2. External leakage: The working air leaks from the inside of the cylinder block to the outside. The air leakage that occurs is called external leakage.

Reasons: 1. The dustproof sealing ring is leaking, and the sealing ring is damaged or scratched.

2. There are impurities or scratches on the surface of the axis.

3. The pipe wall sealing ring is scratched or poorly assembled.

4. The sealing ring model does not match and the assembly is wrong.

5. The sealing position of the cylinder barrel or end cover is deformed.

Solution: Analyze the above reasons, accurately determine the problem point, and repair products with damaged parts that can be replaced and have repair value;products with serious damage and no repair value, scrap them.

2. Poor movement

Reasons: 1. Axis bending and deformation

2. The axis center and the load connection are not in the same straight line

3. There are different axes between the shaft center, the front cover or the cylinder tube during assembly.

4. Cylinder barrel deformation

5. The interference between the piston or piston seal ring and the inner diameter of the cylinder is too large

3. Poor buffering

Reason: 1. The buffer seal ring is damaged, worn or deformed

2. The buffer sealing ring is installed backwards

3. Damage or wear on the surface of the buffer body

4. The tapered surface (sealing surface) of the buffer adjustment screw is not smooth.

5. The tapered surface of the buffer adjustment hole is not smooth or has slip marks.

6. The concentricity deviation of the axis, buffer body and end cover buffer hole is large.

7. Buffer vent hole is clogged

Countermeasures: Replace the sealing ring, replace the adjusting screw, and pay attention to whether the buffer mechanism is suitable.

4. The piston rod is bent or broken

5. Cylinder out of sync

Reasons: 1. The output pipelines are not the same length

2. The friction coefficient of the cylinder is different.

3. No speed regulating throttle valve installed

4. Different response frequencies when controlling multiple reversing valves

6. The cylinder does not move

Reason: 1. No working air pressure or insufficient air supply pressure

2. The reversing valve does not change direction.

3. The gas pipeline is blocked

4. Serious air leakage in the cylinder

5. The piston rod is stuck and cannot operate.

7. Insufficient output power

Reason: 1. Insufficient air supply pressure

2. Serious air leakage in the cylinder

3. The piston rod does not move smoothly

4. The load force is greater than the cylinder force
