Pulse solenoid valve working pressure requirements and wiring diagram

Author:RinckSource:https://www.diancifa.cc/Update time:2024-11-15 09:48:34 Read:
Technical requirements for pulse solenoid valve:
1. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa~0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has been treated with oil and water removal.
2. Under the nominal air source pressure of the product, when the operating voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage, the opening response time of the pulse solenoid valve should be less than 0.03s.
3. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
4. The product should be able to withstand the air source pressure of 0.8MPa.
5. Under specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell should be greater than 1MΩ.
6. When the room temperature is between 5 degrees and 35 degrees, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V to the outer casing, and there will be no breakdown for 1 minute.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to work normally after withstanding vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm, and a duration of 30min.
8. Under normal use conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm should be greater than 800,000 times.
9. There is no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs or other damage on the surface of the valve.
10. The air supply pressure of the large-diameter ultra-low-pressure electromagnetic pulse valve used for swirl blowing is less than 0.1Mpa. It uses compressed air and is not affected by the simultaneous use of air in the pipe network. The operation is stable and reliable. (0.05~0.1Mpa).

Pulse solenoid valve wiring diagram

1. The pulse solenoid valve has one grounding wire, one control wire, and one common wire.

2. The grounding wire can be left unconnected, the control wires can be connected to the pulse controller in sequence, and the common wires of multiple pulse solenoid valves can be connected in series to the common terminal of the pulse controller.

The pulse solenoid valve is one of the commonly used accessories for bag dust collectors. The solenoid valve is composed of a shell, a diaphragm, an electromagnetic coil, etc. The function of the diaphragm is to divide the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is turned on and enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole, the pressure of the rear air chamber will push the diaphragm close to the output port of the valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The pulse injection controller sends a signal electrically, the solenoid coil works, and the diaphragm is opened. At this time, the solenoid valve is in the open state: the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole in the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure in the rear air chamber increases to make the diaphragm close to the valve. At the outlet, the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.

Before use, please check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is damaged during transportation. Before installation, the air supply pipe should be ventilated and cleared of debris. When installing, pay attention to the direction of gas flow and whether the pipe is correct. All O-rings must be coated with appropriate lubricant during installation.

There are three pins on the electromagnetic pulse valve coil and are equipped with special plugs. Each plug has a binding post. One of them with a " " symbol is a grounding pin. The user can decide whether to ground it according to needs. (Generally, when the voltage is less than 36V, it does not need to be grounded, and when it is greater than 36V, it should be grounded.) The other two are coil power pins, which are connected to the public terminal and serial number terminal of the corresponding sequence of the pulse injection controller respectively. Each solenoid valve There must be one terminal connected to the common terminal of the pulse controller, another terminal connected to the serial number terminal of the controller, solenoid valve No. 1 connected to port No. 1, solenoid valve No. 2 connected to port No. 2, and so on.

It should be noted that the output voltage of the controller must be consistent with the operating voltage of the solenoid valve coil. The gas storage tank (including the nozzle) of the pulse bag dust collector is determined by the user. The capacity of the gas storage tank should be sufficient to provide a stable gas source for the pulse solenoid valve. The inner wall of the gas storage tank should be clean and free of rust and other debris, and the gas distribution box should have no leakage. and comply with various safety requirements.
