How the quick exhaust valve works
The rapid exhaust valve uses the buoyancy characteristic principle of water on the stainless steel float. When the water level in the exhaust valve rises, while exhausting, the float is affected by the buoyancy of the water. , automatically float until it contacts the sealing surface of the exhaust port. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the ball will automatically close. When the water level in the valve decreases, the ball will fall with the water level. At this time, a large amount of air will be injected into the pipe through the exhaust port. , after being installed on the pipe, it uses the inertia of water on the float to automatically open/close the exhaust port.
When the pipeline is running, the float stops at the bottom of the ball bowl and exhausts a large amount of air. When the air in the pipe is exhausted, water rushes into the valve, passes through the ball bowl and then reacts with the float. , causing the float ball to float closed. During normal operation of the pipeline, if a small amount of gas is concentrated in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve will drop, the float ball will drop accordingly, and the gas will be discharged from the small hole. If the water pump stops, negative pressure will be generated at any time, the float will drop at any time, and a large amount of air will be sucked to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
In the exhaust state, the float pulls down one end of the lever due to gravity. At this time, the lever is in an inclined state, and a gap appears in the contact part between the lever and the exhaust hole, and the air It is discharged from the exhaust hole through this gap. As the air is discharged, the water level rises. The buoy floats upward under the buoyancy of the water. The sealing end face on the lever gradually presses against the exhaust hole until the entire exhaust hole is completely blocked. Live, the exhaust valve is completely closed at this time.

P is connected to the air source, A is connected to the actuator, and T is connected to the atmosphere. When there is compressed air input to P, push the valve core to move to the right, and P and A are connected to supply air to the actuator;when P does not have compressed air input, the gas in the actuator passes through A to move the valve core to the left, blocking P and A.
