III. Order

3. Although Shenwei has made its best efforts, due to market changes and various factors that are difficult to control with reasonable commercial efforts, this website cannot avoid the situation where the goods in the order information you submitted are out of stock, the price is wrong, etc.; if the goods you ordered are in the above situation, you have the right to cancel the order, and Shenwei also has the right to cancel the order on its own, and if you have already paid, it will refund you.

IV. Distribution and Delivery

4. Shenwei delivers the goods to the designated location and delivers them to the designated consignee according to the delivery information confirmed in your order. The goods shall be deemed to be delivered once they are signed for. You shall inspect and accept the surface conditions of the goods, such as the category, specification, model, quantity and packaging of the goods on the spot. You shall collect the goods in time, and no return or exchange shall be made unless there is a verifiable quality problem. If you have any objection to the quality of the goods, you shall promptly inform Shenwei after the goods are delivered, and Shenwei shall handle it in time according to the actual situation.

V. After-sales service

1. Shenwei provides relevant after-sales services in accordance with relevant national regulations and manufacturer regulations. As a corporate customer, not a terminal consumer, you are not subject to the "seven-day unconditional return" rule.

VI. Settlement method and invoice

1. When you submit a valid purchase order on the platform, the settlement method should be selected independently within the scope of the settlement method prompted by the platform.

2. You should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the invoicing information and payment information submitted, and ensure that the actual payer is consistent with the party applying for the invoice, otherwise all losses caused shall be borne by you, and if you cause actual losses to Shenwei, you shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.

3. After receiving the invoice, you should promptly confirm the delivery of the invoice with Shenwei. If you fail to verify it within 7 days, you will be deemed to have confirmed the receipt of the invoice. You should promptly request the issuance of a special VAT invoice for certification and deduction. If the deduction is not made within the time limit due to your reasons, all responsibilities or losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

VII. User Information Protection and Authorization

1. 2. You shall properly keep the account name and password information under this Agreement. If you transfer, authorize, donate the account name and password information without authorization or cause any other person to use it due to any other reasons such as poor storage, you shall be independently responsible for all actions under their account. At the same time, Shenwei has the right to make independent judgments in this case and may take measures such as suspending or closing your participation qualifications.

3. If Shenwei discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated laws and regulations, violated the provisions of this Agreement, or engaged in any malicious behavior, Shenwei has the right to delete or block relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating accounts, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or prohibitions on the use of part or all functions, account bans, cancellations, etc., depending on the circumstances of the behavior, and announce the results of the handling.

XI. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Once you accept this Agreement, you will take the initiative to transfer all of your property rights and any transferable rights, such as copyright (including but not limited to: right of reproduction, right of distribution, right of rental, right of exhibition, right of performance, right of screening, right of broadcasting, right of information network dissemination, right of filming, right of adaptation, right of translation, right of compilation and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner) in any form of information content published by you on this website at any time (including but not limited to customer evaluation, customer consultation, various topic articles and other information content) to Shenwei exclusively and irrevocably, and you agree that Shenwei has the right to file a separate lawsuit for any infringement by any entity.

In the case of electronic written notices, sending shall be deemed to be served. Thirteen, applicable legal jurisdiction and others

1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to Chinese law. If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the two parties shall file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Liushi Town, Yueqing City, People's Republic of China.

2. If any clause in this Agreement is deemed to be repealed, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the clause shall be deemed to be separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clauses.

3. Other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are still reserved by Shenwei. You must obtain Shenwei's written permission when exercising these rights. If Shenwei does not exercise any of the above rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
