General rules for returns and exchanges:
Within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product, if the host functionality is impaired due to non-human reasons and the normal function cannot be restored through technical maintenance, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges will not be processed under the following circumstances:
1. The customer unilaterally selected the wrong product.
2. Products damaged by the transportation company designated by the customer.
3. The customer caused damage to the product during the shipment of Sunway.
4. The customer has already used the product and the product cannot be resold (including lack of packaging or accessories, etc.).
5. Any product with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage.
6. Products that are customized, modified and added with specific text, logos, etc. according to customer requirements.
7. For non-host functional impairments (accessories, etc.) due to non-human reasons, Sunway will repair or replace accessories for you based on the specific situation, and will not handle returns or exchanges of the entire machine for the time being.
Special instructions:
1. Non-standard cylinder products cannot be returned or exchanged once used.
2. The installation accessories of various online pneumatic components are not returnable.
3. Some imported products cannot be returned: Japan's SMC pneumatics, Taiwan's AIRTAC pneumatics, and German FESTO pneumatics, etc.
Tips to you:
In order to deal with your after-sales problems in a timely manner, after receiving the product, please sign and confirm the delivery note of Sunway and send it back to Sunway. We will respond according to the reply. The delivery note
checks with the courier note to define your arrival date.
Return and exchange process
1. Return process:
1. If your order needs to be returned, please be sure to contact the Sunway Customer Service Center first.
2. Sunway after-sales staff will send you a "Commodity Return Letter", including the order number, company name, product details and goods acceptance information. This letter will be regarded as a receipt of the goods at the Sunway Logistics Warehouse, otherwise the goods delivered by you Products may be returned.
3. You will send the product containing the "Commodity Return Letter" to the designated delivery location of Sunway, or have the courier company designated by Sunway pick up the goods at your door.
4. After Sunway confirms receipt of your returned product, it will refund the payment to your designated account within 7 working days. You can also use it as payment to pay for other orders.
2. Exchange process:
1. If your order requires exchange, please be sure to contact the Sunway Customer Service Center first.
2. Sunway after-sales staff will send you a "Commodity Return Letter", including the order number, company name, product details and goods acceptance information. This letter will be regarded as a receipt of the goods at the Sunway Logistics Warehouse, otherwise the goods delivered by you Products may be returned.
3. You will send the product containing the "Commodity Return Letter" to the designated delivery location of Sunway, or have the courier company designated by Sunway pick up the goods at your door.
4. If the amount of the replacement product is higher than the original product amount, you need to remit the remaining payment to the Sunway account at the same time.
5. Sunway after-sales personnel will determine the delivery time of the replacement product with you based on the inventory situation.
6. After Sunway confirms receipt of your returned product, it will send the replacement product to your designated location within the agreed time.
7. If the amount of the replacement product is lower than the original product amount, Sunway will refund the excess payment to your designated account or use it as payment for other orders.
Please pay attention to the following issues:
1. The returned product must have good packaging (including outer packaging and internal fillings) to ensure that the returned product is in good condition. You can re-use Sunway for delivery. If there is a crashing sound inside the package or small items are scattered in the package, please be sure to put enough filler.
2. When returning or exchanging goods, if the invoice is returned, please do not send the invoice together with the goods. Sunway after-sales personnel will confirm the invoice delivery address with you to avoid loss.
