Solenoid valve installation method 1. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline valve. 2. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a trap in the steam pipe. 3. When the solenoid valve fails, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is best to install a bypass device. 4. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be upward and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipe. It should not be installed in a place with splashing or leaking water. 5. Before installation, pay attention to the product label and read the instruction manual carefully to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use. 6. The valve cannot be installed in a low recess in the pipeline to prevent steam condensation, impurities, etc. from settling in the valve and impeding its operation. 7. Cannot be used in explosion hazardous situations. 8. When the pipeline rigidity is insufficient, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to avoid vibration caused by the solenoid valve during operation. 9. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particle impurities. Dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve's internal parts need to be cleaned regularly. 10. Pressure gauges need to be installed on the pipelines before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure. Solenoid valve installation details 1. When receiving the goods, you should check whether the model and parameters on the solenoid valve plate or label are consistent with the models and parameters proposed when ordering. If there are any errors, please contact the supplier immediately. 2. Before installation, you should read the instruction manual carefully and check whether the actual working condition parameters on site are within the usage range of the product you purchased. If the working condition parameters on site exceed the allowed range, please stop installation or use immediately and consult us to avoid accidents. or damage the product. 3. Strictly follow the installation steps, remember the precautions and key points, and make full preparations before installation. 4. Before installing and connecting the solenoid valve to the pipeline, flush the pipeline with air or water ≥0.3MPa to ensure that impurities (such as welding slag, sealing residue, dirt, etc.) in the pipeline are removed before connecting the solenoid valve. 5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in a low recess of the pipeline. If it is installed in the discharge pipeline section of the container, the pipeline outlet should not be led from the bottom of the container to prevent impurities deposited at the bottom of the container from rushing out and entering the solenoid valve to cause failure. Therefore, the pipeline outlet should be from Lead out slightly above the bottom of the container. 6. Solenoid valves can generally only be used in one direction and cannot be installed backwards. Usually there is a "→" mark on the valve body to indicate the flow direction of the medium, or the English letters "IN" to indicate the inlet and "OUT" to indicate the outlet. Please be sure to follow these instructions. Otherwise, when the fluid reaches the solenoid valve, it will automatically open or leak. 7. When taking over the pipe, be careful not to use too much sealing material. For example, when connecting with threads, the length of the external thread of the pipe should not exceed the effective length of the internal thread of the solenoid valve. Use a file to chamfer the half pitch of the front end of the external thread and start winding from the 2nd thread. Sealing tape, otherwise excessive sealing tape or adhesive residue entering the inner cavity of the solenoid valve will cause malfunction. 8. Requirements for the fluid of the solenoid valve: It should be ensured that the fluid has no impurities, no crystallization, no solidification, no scale, no paste, and a viscosity of <22CST, otherwise it will cause failure. At the same time, a filter should be installed on the front end pipe of the solenoid valve. , and the mesh number of the filter should be ≥60 mesh to prevent impurities from entering the solenoid valve. 9. Pay attention to the protection level of the product you ordered. The ordinary type cannot be used in flammable and explosive hazardous situations. The IP54 level should not be installed in the open air, in places with severe water leakage or splashing water. 10. The solenoid valve should be installed in a horizontal pipeline (as shown in Figure 1). The coil should be vertically upward and not installed vertically (as shown in Figure 2), otherwise it will cause leakage and affect the service life. 11. The installation position of the solenoid valve should reserve a certain operating space to facilitate daily maintenance and regular maintenance. 12. When the pipe rigidity is insufficient or there is water hammer, it is recommended to fix the pipes before and after the valve with brackets or other methods to prevent vibration caused by the solenoid valve during operation. 13. When used in freezing or severely cold places, the pipes and valve body must be insulated with insulation materials or a heater must be installed on the pipes. 14. After the solenoid valve and the pipeline are connected, press forward (do not press in the reverse direction, otherwise the solenoid valve will be damaged), and check whether there is leakage at the solenoid valve and the pipe. 15. For solenoid valves equipped with a standard junction box, the plastic junction box should be removed and opened. The factory test power cord should be removed and the user power cord should be connected to the terminal and fixed. However, for wire or lead type solenoid valves, it cannot be removed. , connect the wire directly to the user's power cord. 16. The power control circuits and facilities related to the solenoid valve, such as relays, switches and contactors, should be firmly connected and should not be loose or vibrating. The electrical circuit should be connected to the corresponding insurance wire as a protection for the electrical circuit, otherwise it will affect the electrical circuit. The solenoid valve is working properly or is damaged. 17. For convenience
