The electrical signal from the pulse injection controller causes the armature of the pulse solenoid valve to move, the vent hole in the rear air chamber of the valve opens, the rear air chamber rapidly loses pressure, the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, and the solenoid valve is "open" state. The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears and the solenoid valve armature is reset. The vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the diaphragm to be close to the valve outlet, and the solenoid valve is in the "closed" state again.
Why is the solenoid valve of the dust collector not working
1. Check whether the power supply wiring is good. If not, reconnect it. Connected. Check whether the power supply voltage is within the working range and adjust it to the normal working range.
