How does the solenoid valve of the dust collector work? Why does the solenoid valve of the dust collector not work?

The solenoid valve of the dust collector is the compressed air of the dust cleaning injection system of the pulse bag dust collector "switch". Controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller, the dust removal filter bags are blown row by row to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector. Solenoid valve is a right-angle valve, and the angle between its inlet and outlet is 90°, which is suitable for the installation and connection of the falcon air cylinder and the dust collector blow pipe. The air flow is smooth and can provide dust cleaning gas pulses that meet the requirements.

How does the solenoid valve of the dust collector work? Why does the solenoid valve of the dust collector not work?

Working principle of dust collector solenoid valve

The diaphragm divides the solenoid valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm close to the output of the valve. port, the solenoid valve is in the "closed" state. The electrical signal from the pulse injection controller causes the armature of the pulse solenoid valve to move, the vent hole in the rear air chamber of the valve opens, the rear air chamber rapidly loses pressure, the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, and the solenoid valve is "open" state. The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears and the solenoid valve armature is reset. The vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the diaphragm to be close to the valve outlet, and the solenoid valve is in the "closed" state again.

Why is the solenoid valve of the dust collector not working

1. Check whether the power supply wiring is good. If not, reconnect it. Connected. Check whether the power supply voltage is within the working range and adjust it to the normal working range.

2. Check whether there is any problem with the coil of the solenoid valve, such as desoldering or short circuit. In this case, the coil should be replaced in time.

3. When opening the dust collector, the electrical signal disappears and the pilot head moving column cannot be reset. There are burrs or impurities that cause the moving column to get stuck;the spring is tired and has insufficient elasticity;the damping hole is blocked. At this time, check whether the pressure of the air bag is too low or the pressure gas cannot pass through.

4. Close the valve in front of the pulse valve air bag, remove the pulse valve, and check whether the diaphragm is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new diaphragm in time.

5. Check whether there is any foreign matter on the gasket of the diaphragm and the end surface of the air outlet, which will prevent the two from being tightly combined, causing air leakage in the pulse solenoid valve. This is to open the solenoid valve and clean the foreign matter. When customers install the bag dust collector themselves, in order to avoid the solenoid valve not working due to clogging by rust, welding slag and other debris, they must first ventilate the pipes that blow compressed air to remove debris.

6. Check whether there is any air leakage in the blow pipe in the air bag. Its leakage will also cause the compressed air to directly enter the blow pipe without passing through the solenoid valve. Solenoid ValveIf it doesn’t work, we need to replace it in time.

7. Check whether the solenoid valve has reached its service life or is used too frequently. It needs to be replaced with a new one.
