Fault phenomenon 1: The solenoid valve does not work after being powered on. Troubleshooting method: Check whether the power wiring is bad → rewire and connect the connector, check whether the power supply voltage is within the working range → adjust to the normal position range;whether the coil is desoldered → re-solder the coil for short circuit → Replace the coil, check whether the working pressure difference is inappropriate → Adjust the pressure difference → Or replace the appropriate solenoid valve, the fluid temperature is too high → Replace the appropriate solenoid valve, impurities may cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to become stuck → Proceed Clean, if the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install a filter. The liquid viscosity is too high, the frequency is too high and the service life has expired → replace the product. Fault phenomenon 2: The solenoid valve cannot be closed. Troubleshooting method: The seal of the main valve core or the iron moving core is damaged → Replace the seal to see if the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → Replace the corresponding solenoid valve. Impurities have entered the solenoid valve core. Or the moving iron core → Clean, the spring life has expired or is deformed → Replace, the orifice balance hole is clogged → Clean in time, the working frequency is too high or the life has expired → Change the product or update the product. Other fault conditions: Internal leakage → Check whether the seal is damaged and whether the spring is poorly assembled;External leakage → The connection is loose or the seal is damaged → Tighten the screws or replace the seal;There is noise when powering on → The solid parts on the head are loose, tighten them. The voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range. Adjust the voltage. If the core suction surface has impurities or is uneven, clean or replace it in time. Fault phenomenon 3. The solenoid valve does not change direction. If the solenoid valve core or slider cannot move and is fixed in one position, the air conditioner cannot convert between cooling or heating. Generally, the most common faults are that it can only cool but not heat. At the same time, it causes the air conditioner to protect itself from blowing cold wind. The outdoor unit is running but the indoor unit does not blow hot air, and the machine shuts down after a fault light is displayed. Fault phenomenon 4. The solenoid valve coil is short-circuited. When the air conditioner switches to heating operation, the solenoid valve coil is short-circuited and the current is too large. In severe cases, the fuse on the main control board is burned out or causes a trip, causing the whole machine to not work properly. Fault phenomenon 5. The solenoid valve slider is deformed. If the slider is deformed, even if the solenoid valve coil is energized, the pilot valve core will not move, causing the slider to not reverse in place, causing air leakage inside the valve body and high pressure in the compressor. The gas forms a short cycle, causing high temperature, high pressure, and frequent thermal protection, eventually burning out the compressor insulation layer. For the entire system, the high-pressure pressure of the stop valve leaks to the low-pressure end, reducing the high/low pressure difference. It often manifests itself as no cooling, no heating, or poor performance. Failure causes and solutions 1. When the electromagnetic reversing valve coil is open-circuited, short-circuited or burned out, the valve core cannot be closed, causing the slider to not move. should be replaced. 2. The solenoid valve armature is stuck and the valve core cannot move, causing the slider to not move either. The valve body can be opened for cleaning and adjustment. 3. When the power supply voltage is lower than the rated value of the solenoid valve, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the solenoid valve exceeds the valve opening capacity. At this time, a "clicking" noise is often made in the valve, causing the valve core to fail to close. The power supply should be improved. 4. The flow direction of the solenoid valve is installed upside down, causing the valve core to not move. The flow direction should be adjusted. 5. The high temperature and pressure of the system and the presence of impurities in the machine may cause the slider to deform and become stuck. Should be replaced as well. 6. The residual magnetism attracts the valve core or the valve core is stuck, and the solenoid valve cannot be closed after power failure. Clean and adjust, if no effect, replace. 7. The solenoid valve seal is damaged or the fastening screws are loose, causing refrigerant leakage. Replace the gasket and tighten the screws. 8. The capillary tube on the valve is blocked or broken;or the slider does not move due to severe leakage in the system. Clean the capillary or weld it with a copper pipe slightly thicker than the broken capillary. 9. There is dirt in the valve, the valve seat or valve needle is damaged, and the spring force is too small, causing the solenoid valve to not close tightly. Clean and adjust or replace springs.
