The working principle of the pneumatic solenoid valve is that the electrical conversion component converts the electrical signal into a pneumatic signal, and the electrical signal input controls the pneumatic output. The working principle of the electromagnetic control reversing valve In the pneumatic circuit, the function of the electromagnetic control reversing valve is to control the opening and closing of the air flow channel or change the flow direction of the compressed air. The main working principle is to use the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil to push the valve core to switch and realize the reversal of air flow. According to the different ways of pushing the reversing valve by the electromagnetic control part, it can be divided into direct-acting solenoid valve and pilot-operated solenoid valve. Direct-acting solenoid valves directly use electromagnetic force to push the valve core to change direction, while pilot-operated reversing valves use the pilot air pressure output from the solenoid pilot valve to push the valve core to change direction. Figure 4.2a shows a simple cross-sectional view and working principle of the structure of a 3/2 (three-way, two-position) direct-acting solenoid valve (normally off type). When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic force, the valve core moves upward due to the electromagnetic force, and the sealing gasket is lifted, connecting 1 and 2, disconnecting 2 and 3, and the valve is in the air intake state, which can control the cylinder action. When the power is cut off, the valve core returns to its original state by the action of spring force, that is, 1 and 2 are off, 2 and 3 are on, and the valve is in the exhaust state. Figure 4.2b shows a simple cross-sectional view and working principle of the 5/2 (five-way, two-position) direct-acting solenoid valve (normally off type). For example, a two-position valve has two position options, that is, two states, and a three-position valve has three position options, that is, three different states. "M path" represents the path of the valve's external interface, including the air inlet, air outlet and exhaust port. The number of paths is the value of M, such as two-way valve, three-way valve, etc. The valve in the example in Figure 4.1a is a 3/2 direct-acting solenoid valve, which is pronounced as "three-way two-position valve", which means that the valve has two positions, namely "on" and "off" states, and has three air ports. , respectively 1: air inlet, 2: air outlet, 3: exhaust port.
