Solenoid valve technical terms and terminology explanations 1. Solenoid valve: A fluid control component that relies on the electromagnetic coil to generate electromagnetic force to drive the valve to open and close. It is one of the commonly used actuators in industrial process control;2. Working pressure difference: It refers to the difference between the inlet pressure at the front of the valve and the outlet pressure at the back when the solenoid valve is in a closed or open state;the size of the working pressure difference is one of the main factors in selecting the principle structure of the solenoid valve. 3. Nominal pressure: refers to the maximum working pressure that the valve body can withstand if the solenoid valve design complies with the factory test and type test indicators stipulated in the national professional standard JB/T7352-94;generally 1.2 to 1.5 times the working pressure difference (factory The test index is 1.1 times the marked nominal pressure, and the sealing test is 1.5 times the nominal pressure). 4. Solenoid coil: It is part of the solenoid valve driving part. It is mainly formed by winding special enameled wires that generate bipolar magnetic fields according to technical requirements. Its enameled wire is essentially different from the ordinary enameled wire used for motor transposition (it produces a bipolar magnetic field, has high efficiency and needs to be imported);5. Moving magnetic core: It is another core component of the solenoid valve driving part. It is made of a variety of benign metal elements through special A synthetic metal material formed by physical and chemical processing. It is specially developed for solenoid valves and has good magnetic absorption and dispersion properties. 6. Bistable: Also known as self-maintaining, it is a new type of technology, which means that opening and closing are two stable points. The object does not need to consume energy after opening or closing and maintains its natural state (mainly relying on permanent magnet coils). Hold);this type of solenoid valve is mainly used in situations where energy saving or low-pressure driving is required. Normally open type: closed when the power is on and open when the power is off;it should be selected when the solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time and the continuous opening time greatly exceeds the closing time. 8. Constant type: turn on when power -on, turn off when power off;switch or turn on or turn on the turnover time not exceeding the shutdown time. Under experimental conditions, that is, when the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve is 1 bar, under the rated stroke, the hourly flow rate of clean water at 5 to 40°C flowing through the valve is
