Install and connect the pair of wires, DN15 solenoid valve, pagoda head and clamp (for hoses, not aluminum-plastic pipes) in sequence. Please be sure to tighten the screws. In order to prevent gas leakage, the pagoda head and both ends of the wire need to be wrapped with raw tape several times before being connected. 4. Turn on the air source and apply soapy water to the pipe joints to check whether there are bubbles. If so, please turn off the gas source and redo step 3. 5. Connect the solenoid valve connection line to the gas alarm. Precautions for installing miniature solenoid valves 1. Before installation, you should carefully read the product instruction manual, check whether the product fully meets the usage requirements, familiarize yourself with the installation points, and make preparations. 2. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be upward and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipe. It should not be installed in a place with splashing or leaking water. 3. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particle impurities. Dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve's internal parts must be cleaned regularly. 4. When the solenoid valve fails, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is best to install a bypass device. 5. Do not install the valve in a low recess in the pipeline to prevent steam condensation, impurities, etc. from settling in the valve and hindering operation. 6. Ordinary solenoid valves cannot be used in flammable and explosive hazardous situations. 7. When the pipe rigidity is insufficient, it is recommended to fix the pipes before and after the valve with brackets to prevent vibration caused by the solenoid valve during operation. 8. Before installation, pay attention to the product label and read the instruction manual carefully to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use. 9. Pressure gauges need to be installed on the pipelines before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure.
