Reasons for air compressor solenoid valve leakage 1. Air compressor solenoid valve leaks. When the air compressor is in continuous operation, the body temperature is too high or the indoor temperature is too high, causing the solenoid valve coil to burn out or the line to break. 2. When the solenoid valve of the air compressor is in a frequent start and stop state, it will cause damage to the internal pilot head. Solutions to air compressor solenoid valve leakage: 1. The solenoid valve should be replaced in time and indoor cooling measures should be taken. 2. The pilot head or solenoid valve should be replaced in time. 3. First, reset the gas vent pressure inside the air compressor tank to zero, unscrew the outer hexagonal cover of the corresponding one-way valve, and check whether iron filings are stuck on the internal valve core. The iron filings should be removed in time and the valve should be wiped with alcohol. core surface and reinstall it. Reasons for magnetic pulse valve leakage: 1. The magnetic pulse valve leaks and the diaphragm is damaged. Solution: Close the pulse valve and gas distribution bag valve, open the pulse valve for inspection, and if the diaphragm is damaged, replace it. 2. There is rust, welding slag and other debris between the gasket of the diaphragm and the end face of the air outlet. The two cannot be tightly sealed, causing the electromagnetic pulse valve to leak. Solution: Open the pulse valve and completely remove debris. Note: During the installation of the pulse bag dust collector, first ventilate and purge the debris in the compressed air pipeline, and then install the pulse valve and air distribution bag. This can effectively avoid leakage of the pulse valve due to clogging of debris. 3. For submerged pulse valves, if there is a leak in the blow pipe in the air bag, the compressed air will directly enter the blow pipe and leak out without passing through the pulse valve. Solution: Find a professional to repair or replace the blow pipe in time. Causes of Solenoid Valve Muffler Air Leakage: Pneumatic solenoid valves are always connected with pneumatic actuators, that is, pneumatic cylinders, etc. The gas input to the solenoid valve is discharged through the cylinder through the exhaust port of the valve. In order to reduce noise, a silencer is installed here. Intermittent exhaust according to the frequency of work is a normal phenomenon. If the pneumatic system is not working, or has been exhausting, then there are several situations: 1. The sealing ring on the piston ring in the pneumatic cylinder is worn or otherwise damaged, causing the air inlet chamber of the cylinder to move toward the outlet chamber. If there is 'cross-gas' (the two chambers are not separated), the gas will flow out from the other chamber continuously, that is, the silencer will leak continuously. 2. There are problems with installation and electrical control. This situation can also occur if the inlet and outlet ports of the Bishi solenoid valve are connected reversely (generally P is for air inlet, A or B is for air outlet). Then there is the abnormal opening of the control circuit. For example, the actuator controlled by the solenoid valve is a pneumatic vacuum generator unit. Before it is working, the circuit is in the open state. During vacuuming, the exhaust is continuous. 3. An internal fault of the solenoid valve prevents the valve core from moving completely in place, causing the air inlet in the valve to flow to the exhaust port and be discharged from the muffler. However, in this case, the cylinder often cannot work normally. The above is an introduction to the causes of air leakage in solenoid valves and how to solve air leakage in solenoid valves.
