Main points of pneumatic system maintenance 1. Ensure the supply of clean compressed air. Compressed air usually contains impurities such as moisture, oil and dust. Moisture will corrode pipes, valves and cylinders;oil will deteriorate rubber, plastics and sealing materials;dust will cause valve body failure. Choosing a suitable filter can remove impurities in the compressed air. When using the filter, the accumulated liquid should be removed in time, otherwise when the accumulated liquid approaches the water baffle, the airflow can still roll up the accumulated material. 2. Ensure that the air contains an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. Most pneumatic actuators and control components require moderate lubrication. If lubrication is poor, the following malfunctions will occur: ① Insufficient cylinder thrust due to increased frictional resistance and malfunction of the valve core;② Air leakage due to wear and tear of sealing materials;③ Damage and malfunction of components due to rust. The lubrication method generally uses a lubricator for spray lubrication. The lubricator is generally installed after the filter and pressure reducing valve. The oil supply volume of the lubricator should generally not be too much. Usually, every 10m3 of free air supplies 1mL of oil (i.e. 40~50 drops of oil). One way to check whether the lubrication is good is to find a piece of clean white paper and place it near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. If there are only very light spots on the white paper after the valve has been working for three to four cycles, it means that Lubrication is good. 3. Maintain the sealing of the pneumatic system. Air leakage not only increases energy consumption, but also causes a drop in air supply pressure, and even causes pneumatic components to malfunction. Serious air leaks can be easily detected by the noise caused by air leakage when the pneumatic system stops running;minor air leaks can be checked using instruments or by applying soapy water. 4. Ensure the sensitivity of moving parts in pneumatic components. The compressed air discharged from the air compressor contains compressor oil particles with a particle size of 0.01-0.08μm. At a high exhaust temperature of 120-220oC, these oil particles will After oxidation, the oil particles become darker in color, increase in viscosity, and gradually solidify from liquid to sludge. Such particles below the μm level cannot be filtered out by ordinary filters. When they enter the reversing valve, they adhere to the valve core, gradually reducing the sensitivity of the valve and even causing malfunction. In order to remove oil sludge and ensure sensitivity, an oil mist separator can be installed after the filter of the pneumatic system to separate the oil sludge. In addition, regular cleaning of the valve can also ensure the sensitivity of the valve. 5. Ensure that the pneumatic device has appropriate working pressure and movement speed. When adjusting the working pressure, the pressure gauge should work reliably and read accurately. After the pressure reducing valve and throttle valve are adjusted, the pressure regulating valve cover or locking nut must be tightened to prevent loosening. Explanation of the inspection and regular inspection of the pneumatic system 1. The main content of the inspection of the piping system is the management of condensate water and lubricating oil. The discharge of condensate water should generally be carried out before the operation of the pneumatic device. However, when the temperature at night is below 0°C, in order to prevent the condensed water from freezing, the drain valve should be opened to discharge the condensed water after the pneumatic device is finished running. When replenishing lubricating oil, check whether the quality of the oil in the lubricator and the amount of oil dripping meet the requirements. In addition, the inspection should also include checking whether the air supply pressure is normal and whether there is any air leakage. 2. The main content of regular inspection of pneumatic components is to thoroughly deal with the air leakage phenomenon of the system. For example, replace sealing components, deal with loose pipe joints or connecting screws, etc., and regularly inspect measuring instruments, safety valves, and pressure relays. See the table below for details. Component name point: Inspection content of the cylinder: 1) Whether there is air leakage between the piston rod and the end face;2) Whether the piston rod is scratched or deformed;3) Whether the pipe joints and piping are scratched or damaged;4) Whether there is any abnormal sound when the cylinder is operating;5) Whether the buffering effect meets the requirements;solenoid valve 1) Whether the temperature of the solenoid valve shell is too high;2) Whether the solenoid valve operates normally;3) When the cylinder stroke reaches the end, check whether there is air leakage at the exhaust port of the valve to confirm whether the solenoid valve is leaking;4) whether the fastening bolts and pipe joints are loose;5) whether the voltage is normal and whether the wires are damaged;6) by checking whether the exhaust port is moistened by oil, or whether there is white residue in the exhaust Oil mist spots are left on the paper to judge whether the lubrication is normal. Oil mist device 1) Whether the amount of oil in the oil cup is sufficient, whether the lubricating oil is discolored or turbid, and whether there is dust and water deposited at the bottom of the oil cup;2) whether the amount of oil dripping is appropriate. Pressure valve 1) Whether the pressure gauge reading is within the specified range;2) Whether the pressure regulating valve cover or locking nut is locked;3) Whether there is air leakage;filter 1) whether there is condensed water accumulated in the water storage cup;2) whether the filter element should be Clean or replace;3) Whether the action of the condensate discharge valve is reliable;whether the safety valve and pressure relay 1) act reliably under the set pressure;2) whether they are sealed or locked after passing the calibration;3) whether the wires are damaged , absolutely
