Working principle of booster cylinder
The supercharged cylinder is an integrated combination of a hydraulic cylinder and a supercharged cylinder, and uses pure air pressure as power. It uses the ratio of the large and small piston areas of the supercharger to increase the low pressure of the air pressure dozens of times to supply the hydraulic cylinder. Use it to achieve the highest output of the hydraulic cylinder.
The supercharger series uses two pistons (A1, A2) with different section areas to push the pressure P1 to the piston A1, then A2 can output the pressure of P2, as shown in the figure above
When P2=(A1/A2)*P1
Then the oil cylinder output F=P2*A3 supercharger needs to be matched with an oil cylinder to perform work. Generally, the pressure of the supercharger is recommended to be 2~7kg/cm. The output of the oil cylinder will increase as the ratio of A1/A2 increases.
The following is the working principle diagram of the pre-flow booster cylinder:
1. Energize the solenoid valve (1), and the booster cylinder will perform pre-stroke.
2. Energize the solenoid valve (2), and the booster cylinder will go through the booster stroke.
3. Turn off the power to the solenoid valves (1) and (2) at the same time, and the booster cylinder returns to the reset state.
How to connect the supercharged cylinder
When we purchase a gas-liquid booster cylinder, we will have a question, that is, how to connect the gas-liquid booster cylinder and the air pipe, and how to connect the gas-liquid booster cylinder to achieve the purpose of ventilation.
Take the standard cylinder gas-liquid booster cylinder as an example. There will be four air ports on it, and these four ports will be labeled with corresponding labels, namely A, B, C, and D. The connection method of the gas-liquid booster cylinder we are talking about is to use the air pipe to connect the solenoid valve to the four air ports correspondingly.
First of all, it depends on whether your needs are for the inching function (inching function, generally used to adjust the mold). If you need to use the inching function, then we will use a three-position five-way solenoid valve, and also need to be equipped with a two-position five-way solenoid valve. Turn on the solenoid valve.
Specific connection method of booster cylinder
1. Connect the filtered air source to a three-way joint, and connect two solenoid valves to both sides.
2. Both solenoid valves are five-way and have five holes. The upper row has two holes and the lower row has three holes.
3. The middle hole of the three holes in the lower row is the air inlet at point P. Connect one from the tee connecting to the air source at point P. Mufflers can be connected to the left and right sides to reduce exhaust noise.
4. The two air ports in the upper row are circulation air ports, which are used to connect the air ports of the gas-liquid booster cylinder. Good brand solenoid valves will have A and B marked under these two ports. There are two solenoid valves. A and B.
5. The A and B of the five-position three-way are connected to A and B of the gas-liquid booster cylinder, A is connected to A, and B is connected to B;the A and B of the five-position two-way are connected to C, and B is connected to D.
The above is the working principle of the supercharged cylinder, and the introduction of how to connect the supercharged cylinder. If you want to know more relevant information, please log in to Sunway Pneumatic www.diancifa.cc.
