Structural composition of TWH50*30SK blocking cylinder

1. When the load changes during work, a cylinder with sufficient output power should be selected;
2. Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, corresponding high-flow or corrosion-resistant cylinders should be selected;
3. In places with high humidity, dust, or water droplets, oil dust, or welding slag, corresponding protective measures should be taken to block the cylinder;
4. Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, hidden objects in the pipeline must be removed to prevent debris from entering the cylinder;
5. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered by a filter element of more than 40 h m before use;
6. The lateral load on the cylinder during operation should not exceed the allowable value to maintain the normal operation and service life of the cylinder;
7. In low-temperature environments, anti-freeze measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing;
8. If the cylinder is disassembled and not used for a long time, attention should be paid to surface rust prevention, and dust-proof blocking caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports.

Installation and use of TWH50*30SK blocking cylinder

2. Adjustment of hydraulic buffer (adjustable buffer type)
2.1. The buffer has been initially adjusted before leaving the factory and can adapt to normal load requirements;
2.2. When the load is large, appropriate adjustments must be made according to the required load force to prevent the hydraulic buffer from being unable to effectively buffer due to the large load force.
2.3. Buffer adjustment steps:
a. Use a hexagonal wrench to loosen the buffer fixing screw;
 Rotate the buffer to adjust its buffering capacity;
c. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the fixing screw to prevent the buffer from rotating.

3. Adjustment of working direction
When the flange is fixed, if you need to adjust the blocking direction, you can adjust the installation position of the guide rod to change the working direction of the blocking cylinder.

4. Cancel blocking function
4.1. When a blocking cylinder is not in use, the blocking action of the cylinder can be canceled without releasing the air pressure;
4.2. Unblocking steps:
a. Remove the cancellation cap from the flange plate or fixed seat;
b. Flatten the rocker arm;
c. Swing the cancellation cap into the cancellation cap installation hole on the fixed base, align the tail with the small hole on the rocker arm, and hold it tightly.

5. How to use blocking
5.1. When the hydraulic buffer on the cylinder is compressed to the end, prevent any blocked objects (loads) from continuing to hit the cylinder to prevent the cylinder from being buffered by the buffer, causing mechanical failure of the cylinder;
5.2. When using a blocking cylinder, the impact kinetic energy acting on the piston rod cannot exceed the maximum allowable value, otherwise the cylinder will suffer mechanical failure.
