2. Precautions after use of ORIGA rodless cylinder:
1. The most suitable temperature for using ORIGA rodless cylinder is 5-60℃. When the temperature exceeds 60℃, please consider the material of the seal;if the temperature is below 5℃ , an accident may occur due to freezing of moisture in the circuit, please consider preventing freezing.
2. Please do not use the ORIGA rodless cylinder in an environment with a risk of corrosion, otherwise it will cause damage or malfunction. If it must be used in such an environment, please contact us us.
3. The compressed air used must be clean and low in moisture.
4. The purpose of buffering is to utilize the compressibility of air to absorb the kinetic energy of moving parts so that the piston and end cap will not collide at the end of the stroke.
5. The pneumatic buffer has been adjusted at the factory. To adjust the buffer due to actual load changes, slowly turn the needle valve to the right and weaken it counterclockwise.
6. Please do not use the cylinder directly in an environment with cutting fluid, coolant, dust and splashes. If it must be used in this environment, please add a dust cover to the cylinder.
3. Other matters needing attention:
1. Using the cylinder in situations with large inertia exceeding the allowable range may cause damage to the cylinder.
2. Please do not knock the cylinder barrel shell to cause scars, which will cause malfunction.
3. Please install on a horizontal surface. If the installation surface is uneven, it may cause malfunction.
4. It should be noted that due to external inertial force, inertial negative pressure may sometimes be generated in the cylinder, causing the sealing ring in the cylinder to break away, causing external leakage.
