Working principle of three-stage cylinder



1. In the closed position, solenoid valve 1 loses power, solenoid valve 2 loses power, air enters port B, and the valve is in a closed state (the central axis of the actuator and the execution device vertical);

2. Close - Fully open solenoid valve 1 is energized, air enters port A, and the actuator drives the valve to open (the central axis of the actuator is parallel to the actuator );

3. Fully open - half-closed solenoid valve 2 is energized, the auxiliary piston moves inward, solenoid valve 1 is de-energized, and the middle piston moves outward to Auxiliary piston limit position.

4. Fully closed position. When solenoid valve 2 loses power, the middle piston continues to move, driving the valve to the fully closed position.
