Example of 8-way cylinder control:
The functions implemented by cylinder control are mainly divided into start, stop and program operation control. The following is an example of 8-way cylinder control: This example is the simplest example of sequential drive function. 8 solenoid valves are started sequentially. Road cylinder timing is different. In order to simplify the control, the method of starting at the same time, different delays, and respective timings is adopted. The 8 solenoid valves are driven by the output terminals Y1-Y8 respectively, and several lines of setting data are used to solve practical problems. Please see the figure below for the specific setting method. The figure below is the set function setting table:






1. Set each line of program to be started when X1 and X2 act simultaneously, and set the logical relationship between them to "AND" and "AND" logic.
2. Set each line of program to be stopped by X3.
3. Set each line of program to connect the output terminals Y1-Y8 respectively.
4. Set the delay timing and output timing time of the line program. The delay timing time is the delay required by the line program after X2 and X3 are started. The output timing is the actual working time of each line program.
5. During operation, when X1 and Work. Only the first line of the program does not set the delay time, so it directly enters the output timing stage after startup to drive the Y1 solenoid valve to work for 17 seconds. This is exactly the time when the eighth cylinder ends its work with a delay of one second. At this time All cylinders also complete their respective tasks.





Controls the operation of 8 cylinders. Each cylinder is controlled by a solenoid valve. There are two button switches that are pressed at the same time to start the equipment. During operation, press the stop switch to stop all cylinders.
After starting, the first cylinder starts to work, and after 1 second, the second cylinder works for 1 second, then the 3rd cylinder works for 1 second, the 4th cylinder works for 2 seconds, the 3rd cylinder works for a total of 4 seconds, and the 5th cylinder works for 1 second. The cylinder works for 1 second, the 6th cylinder works for 2 seconds, the 7th cylinder works for 1 second, the 8th cylinder works for 1 second, the first cylinder stops running after a delay of one second, and all cylinders are completed at this time. The cycle works like this after restarting.
