The function of cylinder pressure regulating valve
Pneumatic pressure regulating valve uses compressed gas as the power source and the cylinder as the actuator, with the help of valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, retaining valve, and gas storage Tanks, gas filters and other accessories can be used to drive valves to achieve switching or proportional adjustment.
Cylinder pressure regulating valve is a It has a right-angle rotary structure, which is used in conjunction with the valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment;the V-shaped valve core is most suitable for various adjustment occasions, with large rated flow coefficient, large adjustable ratio, good sealing effect, sensitive adjustment performance, and small size , can be installed vertically or horizontally. Suitable for controlling gas, steam, liquid and other media.
The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source, and drives the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees through the movement of the piston to automatically open and close the valve. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, crank arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, and universal shaft.
Working principle of cylinder pressure regulating valve
The compressed air flows into the pressure regulating valve, and the secondary force acts on one side of the diaphragm of the compressed air pressure regulating valve. The spring acts on the other side of the diaphragm, and the compression force of the spring can be adjusted with the help of a hand button. When the compressed air on the secondary pressure side is consumed and the pressure acting on the diaphragm decreases, the compression spring pushes the valve stem upward and causes the sealing gasket to rise from the valve seat. Compressed air flows into the secondary pressure side and continues to flow into the secondary pressure side before reaching equilibrium.
If the secondary pressure (working side) rises more than the preset value due to the external force acting on the working component or the setting value of the compression spring of the compressed air pressure regulator valve is too low, At the set value, the increased load on the diaphragm forces the spring to compress downward. The valve stem is thus separated from the valve seat, and the compressed air on the secondary pressure side can escape through the vent hole. Before the secondary pressure returns to the preset pressure, the compressed air continues to escape. The vent hole cannot be closed (otherwise the valve disc will be damaged). The compensation nozzle protrusion and secondary pressure air flow channel can reduce the pressure acting on the diaphragm under higher flow conditions. This prevents the secondary pressure from reducing its pressure value due to high flow values.
Cylinder pressure regulating valveThe difference between no flow compensation and flow compensation is as follows:
1. Cylinder pressure regulating valveNo traffic compensation
No separation between diaphragm chamber and flow path
2. Cylinder pressure regulating valveWith traffic compensation
In this design the two spaces are separated from each other. The only connection is that there is a nozzle at the lowest pressure point, so it can be guaranteedCylinderQuick response of pressure regulating valve.
