Explanation: When searching on the Internet, a lot of short theories flood the screen, which are of little use to beginners. Moreover, the actual connection diagram of the circuit and the gas circuit cannot be found. Many masters are afraid of losing it. Jobs should not be passed on to outsiders;secondly, those who are willing to teach disciples do not know how to teach them so that the disciples can understand and understand, and they cannot figure out who is the fool;based on online introduction and practical experience, I have used two solenoid valves to control a booster I will summarize the principle of the cylinder and share it with everyone. I hope it will be helpful for you to read the book and feel confident in your work. I also hope you can bring out good friends;
Figure 1 Commonly used single-head solenoid valve principle and symbol diagram
The original state solenoid valve on the left is reset, and the compressed air flow pushes the cylinder piston up to the top;the right stamping state solenoid valve moves down, and the compressed air flow pushes the cylinder piston down to the top, completing the stamping work;
Figure 2 Cylinder gas circuit schematic diagram
illustrate:
1. When the power is off, the normally closed pins 12-4 and 9-1 are connected. After the pins 14-13 are energized, the time relay internally delays the energization. The delay time is adjusted by the dial on the top. The normally closed pins 12-4 and 9-1 are connected. 9-1 changes from normally closed to normally open and is powered off, while 12-8 and 9-5 change from normally open to normally closed and is powered on;
2. Assuming that pin 9 is the common terminal (negative pole or neutral line), use a wire to directly connect pins 9-13. Pins 12-14 can also be connected, and then use the normally open and normally closed pins with the controlled device. , such as solenoid valves, motors, etc. connected in series;
3. When power is on, the time relay light PW lights up, and after the delay time expires, the action light UP lights up;
4. It can be seen from the functional diagram on the side of the time relay that the two switches are controlled synchronously;

Solenoid valve control cylinder circuit and air circuit wiring diagram
Note: The output end of the time relay is connected to the solenoid valve from the normally open pin 8. When the working switch is turned on KT1 to get power to start, the internal pins 12-8 are turned on to supply power to the solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve air route is powered off P → A conducts, the cylinder piston is pushed upward to the top by the high-pressure air flow, and the exhaust conducts from B → S. After the solenoid valve is energized, the internal electromagnetic force turns the valve to change from P → B to intake air, and the cylinder Move downward to complete the stamping, and the exhaust gas will be discharged from A → R;after the timer expires, the relay is released, pin 8 loses power, and the cylinder is reset;
Tip: The pin positions of the time relay are the same as those shown in the figure, with strong regularity. Pins 13-14 are the power pins, which are widely spaced from the control pins and are easy to distinguish;the two pins inside are for the two sets of switches respectively. Common pins, the two outermost pins are normally closed pins. Remember this rule. When wiring, you can make mistakes without looking at the diagram!

Lenovo: If you change the solenoid valve to a lighting bulb and adjust the time relay to the required power-off delay time, you can form a delayed light-off circuit. Of course, using it in this way is overkill and the cost of a dedicated lighting control circuit is far away. It is lower than this circuit, and it is convenient and beautiful. The association here is just to inspire our ideas!
