How to install and use the blocking cylinder
1. The installation method is divided into lower flange fixed plate and upper flange fixed plate;
2. Please pay attention to cleaning the pipes and joints during installation to prevent debris from being brought into the air path and causing product malfunction or leakage;
3. Clean the piston rod and welding slag outside the scraper ring in time to extend the service life of the cylinder;
4. For the induction switch attached to the ordinary magnet cylinder, refer to ACQ for selection;for the powerful magnet cylinder, it is recommended to use AirTAC’s CS1-69AM induction switch to avoid poor induction;
5. Because the rotational impact force is greater when the cylinder is pressed down or raised, in order to ensure the service life of the cylinder and the workpiece, it is recommended to install a throttling device at the same air port to extend the service life;
6. The special design of the clamping swing arm is not easy to loosen during use, and the direction can be customized 360° according to needs;
7. When disassembling and assembling the clamping rocker arm, use an open-end wrench or an Allen wrench to lock or disassemble it;do not fix the body to disassemble and install the locking bolt, as this may damage the internal parts and render it unusable.





Blocking cylinder classification


It can be divided into roller lever type buffer blocking cylinder, roller type blocking cylinder, direct blocking type blocking cylinder, and horizontal blocking cylinder.





How does the blocking cylinder work?
When the compressed air enters the upper part of the cylinder through the control valve, the piston drives the blocking rod to drop, and the blocked tooling plate is released. When the control valve is deflated, the piston returns under the action of the spring, causing the next tooling plate to be blocked. To change the work position, there is no need to block the tooling plate temporarily. You can manually press down the stop lever and rotate it at an angle to disable the stop lever.
