Safe use of airtac solenoid valve

It is difficult to control the torque of the airtac electric valve, and it is easy to produce internal leakage and even break the valve stem head;the structure of the solenoid valve makes it easy to control the internal leakage until it drops to zero. The iron core in the magnetic isolation sleeve of Airtac solenoid valve is completed, and there is no dynamic seal, so external leakage is easy to be blocked. Therefore, airtac solenoid valves are particularly safe to use, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media.
Purpose of airtac solenoid valve Solenoid valve is used for switch control of liquid and gas pipelines. It is a two-position DO control. Generally used for the control of small pipelines. Airtac electric valves are used for analog regulation of pipeline medium flow in liquid, gas and air systems, and are AI controlled. In the control of large valves and air systems, electric valves can also be used for two-position switch control. The solenoid valve can only be used as a switching value, it is DO control, and can only be used for small pipeline control. It is common in pipelines of DN50 and below, and rarely in the upper range.
Electric valves can have AI feedback signals and can be controlled by DO or AO. They are more common in large pipelines and air valves.
1. Working properties: Solenoid valves generally have a small flow coefficient and a small working pressure difference. For example, the flow coefficient of a 25-caliber solenoid valve is generally smaller than that of a 15-caliber electric ball valve
2. The switch-type solenoid valve is driven by a coil and can only be opened or closed, and the action time is short when switching. Electric valves are generally driven by motors. It takes a certain amount of time to complete the opening or closing action, which can be adjusted.
