Features
The air filter pressure reducing valve is light and small in design and easy to install. If the pressure reducing valve of the air filter is designed as a whole, it becomes a two-part unit. The air source treatment trio includes air pressure reducing valve, filter and lubricator. The pressure reducing valve can stabilize the pressure of the air source and keep the air source in a constant state, which can reduce the impact on the valve due to sudden changes in the air source pressure. Or damage to hardware such as actuators. The filter is used to clean the air source and can filter the moisture in the compressed air to prevent moisture from entering the device with the gas. The lubricator can lubricate the moving parts of the machine body and lubricate the parts that are inconvenient to add lubricating oil, greatly extending the service life of the machine body.
Installation
1. Please pay attention to cleaning the connecting pipes and joints during installation to avoid bringing dirt into the air path.
2. When installing, please pay attention to whether the direction of gas flow is consistent with the direction pointed by the arrow on the body, and whether the shape of the pipe and joint is correct.
3. Fix the filter, pressure regulating valve (pressure regulating filter) and oil feeder;match the convex groove of the fixing bracket with the groove on the body, and then lock it with the fixing piece and screws. .
4. Fixing the pressure regulating valve and pressure regulating filter when used alone;just rotate the fixing ring to lock the attached special fixing piece.
Instructions for use
1. There are two ways of filter drainage: pressure difference drainage and manual drainage. When draining manually, it must be drained before the water level reaches the level below the filter element.
2. When adjusting the pressure, please pull up and then rotate the knob before turning it. Press down the knob to position it. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the outlet pressure, and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the outlet pressure. When adjusting the pressure, it should be adjusted gradually and evenly to the required pressure value, and should not be adjusted in one step.
3. How to use the oil feeder: The oil feeder JIS K2213 delivers engine oil (ISOVg32 or equivalent oil). Please do not fill the cup more than 80% full. The number O is the smallest amount of oil, and 9 is the largest amount of oil. It cannot rotate from the 9-0 position, and the hour hand must rotate.
Notes
1. Some parts are made of PC material and are prohibited from being used close to or in an organic agent environment. Please use neutral detergent to clean the PC cup.
2. Do not use pressure exceeding its usage range.
3. When the outlet air volume is significantly reduced, the filter element should be replaced in time.
