Detailed description of Yadeke solenoid valve

The iron core in the magnetic isolation sleeve of Yadeke solenoid valve is completed , there is no dynamic seal, so external leakage is easy to be blocked. It is difficult to control the torque of electric valves, and it is easy to produce internal leakage, and even break the head of the valve stem;the structure of the solenoid valve makes it easy to control internal leakage until it drops to zero. Therefore, solenoid valves are particularly safe to use and are especially suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media.
The purpose of Yadeke solenoid valve is that the solenoid valve is used for switch control of liquid and gas pipelines and is a two-position DO control. Yadeke solenoid valves are generally used for the control of small pipes. Electric valves are used for analog regulation of pipeline media flow in liquid, gas and air systems and are AI controlled. In the control of large valves and air systems, electric valves can also be used for two-position switch control. The solenoid valve can only be used as a switching value, it is DO control, and can only be used to control small pipelines. It is common in pipelines of DN50
and below, and rarely in the upper reaches.
Electric valves can have AI feedback signals and can be controlled by DO or AO. They are more common in large pipes and dampers.
1. The switch type solenoid valve is driven by a coil and can only be opened or closed. The action time is short when switching. Electric valves are generally driven by motors. It takes a certain amount of time to complete the opening or closing action, which can be adjusted.
2. Working properties: Solenoid valves generally have a small flow coefficient and a small working pressure difference. For example, the flow coefficient of a 25-caliber solenoid valve is generally much smaller than that of a 15-caliber electric ball valve.
