Yadeke solenoid valve performance description

Yadeke solenoid valve relies on the electromagnetic force generated by the power supply coil A valve that drives a movable iron core to open and close the valve disc. Before powering on, the valve is in a normally closed (or normally open) state. After powering on, the electromagnetic force drives the movable iron core, causing the valve to open (or close) immediately. The characteristics of solenoid valve are rapid action, simple structure and easy operation. It is mainly used to automatically cut off, connect or switch the fluid flow direction. Because the electromagnetic force and the action stroke of the movable iron core are both small, the nominal diameter of this type of valve generally does not exceed 80 mm. Solenoid valves have a variety of structures, generally divided into two types: non-packing type and packing type. Packingless solenoid valves do not require packing seals, and the casing is filled with fluid. In addition to being suitable for general fluids, it is also suitable for precious or toxic fluids such as helium, Freon (see refrigerants) and ammonia. Because the stuffing type solenoid valve uses packing, the fluid does not come into contact with the casing and iron core. It is mostly used for high temperature, low temperature or highly corrosive fluids. However, due to the stuffing box, it is larger in volume and increases the friction of the valve stem movement. , so there are few applications. The power supply of the solenoid valve is divided into AC and DC. Solenoid valves using alternating current operate very quickly, but are prone to heat and have small opening and closing force. Solenoid valves using DC power are not easy to heat up and have greater opening and closing force, but their movements are not as fast as those using AC.
