Instructions for use of pneumatic directional control valve series

1. Selection steps of directional control valves
< div>1. Select the diameter and type of the valve according to the type of actuator controlled or the application field and occasion. {To control a double-acting cylinder, select a four-way or five-way valve;to control a single-acting cylinder, select a three-way valve;to control a single-acting cylinder, select a three-way valve. For the flow conversion of various fluids, choose a two-way or three-way valve (such as a steam valve or a water valve)};
2. Select the type of valve according to the use occasion and environment of the valve
a. For automatic control, long-distance and complex control processes, choose electronically controlled valves (that is, solenoid valves);
b. For situations where human operation is convenient, choose manual valves or foot valves;< /div>
c. Choose mechanical valves for mechanically driven reversing situations;
d. Choose air-controlled valves for flammable, explosive, and humid environments;
< div>3. Select the voltage of the solenoid valve according to the working voltage of the valve
4. Select the switching mode of the valve according to the working status
a.2 position single coil: after power failure, the valve The core returns to the original position (such as 4V210);
b.2 position double coil: which end is powered, and which side is the functional position of the valve core. After the power is cut off, the valve core returns to the original position ( Such as 4V220);
c.3 position (normally closed) double coil: When both ends are not powered, the functional position of the valve core is closed in the middle. Which end is powered, and which side is the functional position of the valve core? ,, after power outage, the valve core returns to its original position (such as 4V230C);
d. 3-position (normally open) double coil: When both ends are not powered, the valve core functional position is In the middle, the air inlet is closed, and the pressure in the cylinder is discharged to the atmosphere. Which end is powered, and which side is the functional position of the valve core (such as 4V230E);
e. 3-position (pressurized) double coil : When both ends are not powered, the functional position of the spool is in the middle, and the air inlet is connected to the interfaces at both ends of the cylinder at the same time. Which end is powered, and where is the functional position of the spool (such as 4V230P);
Note: The meanings and functions of the directional valve interface letters are as follows:
A, B - working port or output port (connected to the actuator "such as cylinder" interface);
P —Air inlet (connected to the air source interface);
R1 (O1), R2 (O2) —Exhaust interface (connected to the muffler);
K (K1, K2 )—Control interface (interface connected to control air source);
