AIRTAC product system--------How to use it correctly
亚搏Airtac pneumatic system requirements for compressed air
Note:
1. Compressed air discharged from air compression cannot be used directly as compressed air contains a certain amount of moisture. , oil and dust. After compression, the temperature of the air is as high as about 140 to 170 degrees, and part of the water and oil has become gaseous.
2. Purified compressed air must be used
The filtration precision of general machinery and general pneumatic circuits is less than 40.
Logic components, jet components, air motors The filtering precision is less than 10.
Food, medicine, electronics, tobacco and alcohol. The filtration accuracy of air bearings is less than 5.
Please pay attention to the dangers when using AIRTAC products:
1. Oil mist in compressed air It may accumulate in gas tanks, pipes, and containers of pneumatic systems to form flammable substances, which will cause great harm to the pneumatic system.
2. Deteriorated lubricating oil will deteriorate rubber, plastics, and sealing materials, block small holes, and cause valve driving failure.
3. Moisture and dust will cause metal parts to corrode and rust, cause moving parts to wear and get stuck, block small holes, and cause abnormal air pressure signal transmission. In cold areas, water freezing can cause pipes to freeze, crack, and components to malfunction.
4. Do not use compressed air mixed with harmful gases (such as acid, alkali, etc.). Acids and alkali will cause damage to the internal parts of pneumatic components.
Warnings for using AIRTAC products:
1. Please use air compressor products that do not contain oxidized oil, tar and carbon. Compressed air.
2. If oxidized oil, tar and carbon enter the inside of the pneumatic element and become fixed, it will increase the resistance of the sliding part, resulting in malfunction. Oxidized oil, tar and carbon mixed with lubricating oil will wear the sliding parts of the pneumatic components.
3. Pneumatic components are not suitable for use with ultra-dry air. Please use ultra-dry air compatible components. Ultra-dry compressed air will shorten the service life of pneumatic components.
