Maintenance and maintenance of AIRTAC cylinder (3)

Note:
< div>1. The sliding parts of the cylinder barrel and the piston rod of the Yade passenger cylinder must not be damaged in any way to prevent air leakage caused by poor cylinder operation, damage to the piston rod seal, etc.;
2. About Yade Please read the relevant content of this manual for the air quality and usage environment requirements of the AirTAC cylinder, the pipeline connection of the AirTAC cylinder, and the conditions of the AirTAC cylinder;
3. The long-term operation of the AirTAC cylinder If left unused, it should be operated regularly and oiled to protect it from rust.
Debugging
Note:
1. Speed regulating valves should be installed at both ends of the Airtac cylinder
When debugging the Airtac cylinder , its throttle valve should be gradually opened from the fully closed state, and the driving speed of the Airtac cylinder should be slowly adjusted from low speed to the required speed.
AirTAC throttle valves are generally installed in two ways: exhaust throttling and air intake throttling. The exhaust throttling method is mostly used in pneumatic systems, because the exhaust throttling can cause the cylinder to generate back pressure during operation, making the travel speed of the AirTAC cylinder or its speed adjustment more stable, and it can avoid startup problems. The piston rod suddenly advances rapidly and hits the cylinder head.
2. When debugging the cylinder with buffer, the buffer valve installed on the cylinder head should be readjusted from small to large according to the load and speed so that the cylinder does not rebound. , be careful not to forcefully adjust the buffer during the adjustment process, otherwise there will be poor buffering or the piston will damage the seal at high speed.
